Privacy
Runs entirely in your browser. Your input is never uploaded, stored, or sent to a third party.
Previewed the link for 7 platform(s) with 0 finding(s).
How it works
- Resolved the URL host and validated the title, description and image.
- Compared the title and description against each platform's approximate display limit.
- Marked each platform where the text would truncate and reported the image state.
- Each platform controls its final rendering; the limits are approximations and may change.
- The tool does not fetch the URL or the image, so it works offline.
Methodology
- Resolve the URL and validate the title, description and image URL.
- Compare the text against a recorded approximate display limit per platform.
- Report the truncation state and the image presence without fetching anything.
Usage
- Enter the absolute page URL.
- Enter the title and a short description.
- Optionally add an absolute image URL and a site name.
- Preview and read the per-platform truncation findings.
Examples
These are examples, not current values: they use fixed inputs, while the interactive tool computes live results in your browser.

Why a social preview matters
When a link is shared, the platform builds a card from the page's Open Graph and card metadata. A title that is too long or an image that is missing weakens the card.
The preview models the common platforms so you can shorten the title or add an image before sharing.
Frequently asked questions
- Why do the platforms show different text?
- Each platform applies its own layout and truncation, so the same Open Graph values can render differently. The preview shows each platform's approximate limit.
- Does the tool load my image?
- No. It validates the image URL shape only and never requests it, so nothing about your page leaves the browser.
