Generated a CLAUDE.md with 1 section(s).

How it works

  • Read the supplied project facts.
  • Render only the sections the visitor filled in, under Claude-appropriate headings.
  • Omit every empty section — no placeholder or invented content.
  • Keep CLAUDE.md short; long files consume context and reduce adherence.

Methodology

  1. Map each supplied field to a Markdown section tuned for a Claude memory file (Project overview, Stack, Commands, Testing, Standards, Boundaries, Additional context).
  2. Render the visitor's lines as bullets, preserving their content verbatim.
  3. Omit any field the visitor did not supply, so the output never contains an invented fact.

Usage

  1. Enter your project name and any sections you want Claude to remember.
  2. Leave a field blank to omit its section.
  3. Save the generated CLAUDE.md at your project root (or `.claude/CLAUDE.md`).

Examples

These are examples, not current values: they use fixed inputs, while the interactive tool computes live results in your browser.

A minimal memory file

jsonSelect to copy
{
  "projectName": "demo",
  "summary": "An Astro documentation site."
}

With commands and standards

jsonSelect to copy
{
  "projectName": "demo",
  "setup": "pnpm install\npnpm dev",
  "style": "TypeScript strict\n2-space indentation"
}

Limitations

CLAUDE.md vs AGENTS.md

Claude Code reads a CLAUDE.md memory file, and can also read an AGENTS.md when no CLAUDE.md is present. If your team shares one instructions file across tools, generate the AGENTS.md and import it; otherwise use this generator for a Claude-specific memory file.

Frequently asked questions

Does the generator read my repository?
No. It has no file access and invents nothing; it only formats the facts you supply.
Is my content uploaded?
No. The generator runs entirely in your browser; nothing is sent to a server.
